Thoughts - Busting this myth wide open... In this video I talk about the myth of the 'Supermum'. A lot of the women I've worked with have been chronic over-givers, giving too much of their time, energy, love and even money where it's not appreciated. Every time we strive for perfection we miss all of the joy we could be getting from life. In the exercise below, you will create your very own 'f*ck budget,' a la Sarah Knight. We are going to make sure you're spending your own time, money and energy where you want to. In the second exercise, we're going to really dig into things you'd love to be doing. It's easy to lose your sense of self when going through separation or divorce and this really simple exercise will give you massive clarity to get you back in touch with your badass self!
