I don't believe in the model of therapy that has my clients know nothing about me. I'm not an enigma, I'm a person. Fully human, fully flawed and fully perfect. I choose to see all people like this.
So, how did I come to be a coach? Well- I benefitted from coaching. In 2017, I found myself facing the end of a 12 year relationship, and becoming a single mum to a 3 year old and a babe in arms. Tough times, and I struggled. Luckily, I was pointed in the direction of an excellent coach, Andy MacArthur. After he'd helped me reconnect with a positive and empowered vision for my future, I got interested in how that was possible, since I'd felt so desperate prior to our work together.
That's when I lucked out. As it happened, Andy was running a series of training courses with one of the pre-eminent international thought leaders in hypnosis, James Tripp. After extensive training with them both, I've sought out many more opportunities to learn, train and expand my ability to help people move forward in life.
As such, I'm a certified and insured practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming, a hypnotherapist alongside many other additional courses and modalities (including Integral Eye Movement Therapy and Reiki) that I have explored in training. However, I think the most important thing to say is that I live by what I help others with. By which I mean, I've accessed some truly life changing opportunities, and it has truly changed my life. I'm altogether more positive, creative, inspired, peaceful, loving and free thinking than ever before. I'm also totally committed to my own personal development, whether it be accessing the work of other practitioners, books, podcasts or other resources. I'm interested to see how good life can be, for myself and my clients!
After all- as you'll often hear me say: We get this one Wild and Precious life, and I don't intend to waste it being unhappy or unfulfilled.
If you feel the same, perhaps working with me would help you achieve that.
